My weightless and change. I a, currently 5 months pregnant and weigh 191. I find this to be absurd and want to make a change. I want to try and loose 5 pounds week until I get to 165. Then after the baby is born I would like to get down to 140 and maintain. I will not being doing crazy diets or starving.

Beleive in Why
Believing in why you are doing things is great selfmotivation tool. I never thought in this sense, why and what are to different questions. You can tell someone all day what you are doing, but you explain to them Why you are doing it? This can be an amazing tool, if you can find to re-organize your way of thinking and arranging questions in a oppposite order than what you have been programed to do. It makes sense why others are sometimes better off in there lifes but came from nothing, they believed in what they wanted and never stopped accomplishing goals to get there.
